What we collect
Sponsors: account email (via Supabase auth) and challenge details you create. Entrants: the name, contact, social handle, link, and note you submit with an entry. Winners: the payout destination you submit to claim a prize (bank details or wallet address). We also keep technical logs (IP addresses with entry submissions, for rate limiting and fraud prevention) and payment records from our providers.
Why we collect it
To run challenges: verifying entries, contacting winners, paying prizes, publishing draw receipts, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Winner names are partially masked on public draw receipts. We do not sell your data, ever.
Who sees it
Payment providers (to collect pool funding and pay prizes), our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email), and the challenge sponsor. Sponsors see your entry and, once you win, that your claim is complete; they do not see your payout details. Authorities, only under lawful request.
Retention and your rights
Entry and payout records are kept for the challenge duration plus six years (financial record keeping). Draw records are immutable and retained indefinitely. If you are in the EU/UK or anywhere with data-protection law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at pacy@cruisehq.fun; note that financial and draw records may have to be retained for legal reasons.
